Information we collect

This website has no sign-up forms, accounts, or advertising. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include. When you hire us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, service address, and the details about your property, devices, or systems that we need to do the work.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our email and website hosting providers), equipment suppliers when an installation requires it, and government authorities when the law requires it.

Tracking by third parties

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not allow third parties to track your activity across other websites through ours. Our website host and font provider receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, needed to deliver this page.

We do not sell your information

FAST CONSULTING LLC does not sell covered information. You may still submit a request that we never sell it by emailing fastconsultingllc1@gmail.com, our designated request address. We respond to verified requests within 60 days, as Nevada law requires (NRS 603A.345).

Reviewing or correcting your information

Email us to review the information we hold about you or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Changes to this notice

If we materially change this notice, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

• We maintain reasonable security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, change, or disclosure.
• We encrypt personal information when we send it outside our own systems and when it is stored on portable devices, using standards recognized by NIST.
• Anyone we share personal information with must agree in writing to protect it with reasonable security measures.
• Card payments, if accepted, are handled only through processors that meet the PCI Data Security Standard.
• If a breach exposes a Nevada resident's personal information, we will notify affected people as quickly as possible and without unreasonable delay. When we hold data on a client's behalf, we notify that client immediately after discovering a breach.

We design every camera system to protect people's safety and privacy at the same time.

• We don't manufacture cameras. We install equipment from established manufacturers that complies with federal and Nevada regulations, including the federal NDAA Section 889 restrictions on certain foreign-made video surveillance equipment.
• We never install cameras in restrooms, changing areas, or other places where people expect privacy.
• Audio recording is turned off by default. Nevada makes it a felony to record a private conversation without a participant's consent, so we enable audio only after reviewing with the client that its use is lawful.
• We recommend posted signage wherever cameras operate.
• Footage belongs to the client. We set up access for authorized users only, and we do not view a client's footage or systems without their permission.

• All outdoor flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107–certified remote pilot, using registered drones that broadcast Remote ID.
• We obtain FAA authorization before flying in controlled airspace near airports, and any waiver required for automated, night, or beyond-visual-line-of-sight operations.
• Flight routes stay over the client's property. We do not fly low over neighboring property or photograph into neighbors' homes (NRS 493.103, NRS 200.603).
• We obtain written consent before operating near a critical facility (NRS 493.109). Our drones never carry weapons (NRS 493.106).
• Our airspace monitoring detects and reports drones only. We do not jam, spoof, take control of, or damage any aircraft. Those actions are reserved for authorized government and law enforcement agencies.
• We do not manufacture drones. We install models authorized for sale in the U.S. by the FCC.

Accessing a computer, network, or data without authorization is a crime in Nevada. We test, scan, or access a system only when its owner has given written authorization that defines the scope and rules of the work. We decline any request to access a system the requester does not own or control.

When we work with Nevada schools, student information is used only to deliver the contracted service.

• We never sell student data or use it for targeted advertising.
• We delete student data within 30 days when the school asks.
• Any subcontractor must agree to the same protections in writing.
